Chiles en Nogada

Chiles en Nogada season starts in August baby. Poblanos stuffed with Picadillo, walnut cream sauce, pomegranate seeds. DELICIOUS. I had this for the first time in Mexico City 16 years ago, and had my mind blown. I seek it out every late summer. My spot is New Rebozos in the Chicago suburbs, but find it at a Mexican restaurant near you!
