Read the book out loud with your kid then celebrate finishing by watching the movie

My kid and I spent a good chunk of winter reading little women together before bed, and as a treat when we finished we watched both the Winona Ryder and the greta gerwig versions. A delight to do with so many book/movie combos - We also did this with a wrinkle in time. Little house on the prairie + the new Netflix series is on deck. The borrowers would be another good one.
