Buy a house next to your friends

Trust me, buy a house within a short walk to at least one friend. You'll worry it's too much to be like "thinking of buying a house right next to you" but I promise you it is not. Out best buds bought the house around the corner from us and it is life changing. The kids run to each others houses, we shared childcare, they get on the bus together, we're always there in a pinch or just for a porch hang.
