Have a block party (municipally sanctioned or not). Hire a food truck or potluck it, rent an inflatable bounce house with a water slide, in morning set out coffee and donuts, roll out the coolers for everyone to share, set out bikes and scooters, hang a piñata, drink some beers and get to know your neighbors.
