A true summer MVP! Favorite variants or additions to the classic tomato/bread/mayo trifecta include: Adding chili crisp and sprinkling crispy shallots on top Corn and basil mayo (blitz up cooked corn, basil, salt, and pepper in a food processor with mayo. Also amazing on a BLT!)
